What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Skillenai bills usage in. Each AI action — a resume analysis, a job-match assessment, or a Talent Insights chat turn — consumes credits based on the work involved. Every plan includes a monthly credit allotment.
Is there a free option?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 1,000 credits every month, so you can try resume analysis, AI job search, and Talent Insights without a paid plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your monthly allotment refreshes every billing period. If you exceed it, additional usage is billed at your plan's overage rate (shown on each plan above), so your work is never blocked mid-task.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page at any time. If you cancel, your account stays on its current plan until the end of the billing period and then moves to the Free plan.
Are mock interviews available?
AI and human mock interviews are coming soon. Human sessions will be paid; interview pricing has not been announced. Join the interview waitlist to hear when your chosen options are available.
