Jared Rand
Founder of Skillenai. I build production ML, NLP, and LLM systems — and the labor market data platform and career tools behind Skillenai.
Over the last decade I've led AI engineering and data science teams, shipped NLP systems that process millions of documents a day, fine-tuned LLMs for production use, and founded a tutoring marketplace that was later acquired. Skillenai brings that work together: a labor market data platform that indexes job postings to surface skill demand and trends, and Skillenai Next, a workspace for turning that evidence into career decisions.
Today, you can research roles and salaries, analyze and edit your resume, find jobs, and track applications in Next. Live AI mock interviews let you practice for a target role or specific job with text, dictation, Natural Voice, or a video avatar, then review your transcript and debrief. You can start practicing with an account, without uploading a resume; interviews use credits.
